I have an After market Alluminum dash kit. what is the best way to remove it?

Heatgun/Hair dryer, slow peal while applying heat and use some kind of glue remover to take off residue.

Or you can sand it down after you peal it off and paint it.

I removed the wood trim from my car a few weeks ago. Use a hair dryer and heat it up as hot as you can get it, the hotter the better because the glue will peel off more easily. I used a product called un-du I bought from a craft store, worked excellently. Put a few drops on a sponge and scrubbed away. Check my homepage for the before and after.

let it sit in the HOT SUN for half an hour. That would do the trick also.

im getting rid of the dash kit, so when i take it off ill pm u, and u can let me know what parts u need.
