Ebay G35 Wheels
Ebay G35 Wheels
I was just curious if anyone has seen these wheels on Ebay?

Are they as legit as the real G35 wheels? Also will they fit the Maxima without rubbing issues? Anyone who has seen these or owns a pair please let me know. Also any pics would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, we have seen them, they will fit, and they look just the same as the original G35C rims on a Maxima.

I'm sorry. I new I saw that thread in the past but I couldn't find it. The only thing I'm not sure about is the 35mm offset. In the thread that Irish posted, none of the G35 rims he stated were 18x7.5 with a 35mm offset. Will this be an issue?
The 30mm offset comes closest to matching flush with the front fenders, basically dead on. The rears will still be in a little unless you use spacers, though this is because of the cars design. A 35mm offset will be inside the fender.
I really don't like these wheels. For one they are 1/2" thinner. The REAL ones are 18x8 and fit perfect! So these fake ones will fit but won't sit nearly as flush as the 8" ones.
BTW. $460 for fake wheels ONLY. I'm not sure if you think you are getting a good deal or not. Anything but the most crappo tires will run you at LEAST $550. Add this up. Now you are over $1,000. I just sold a set of real G wheels with Michelin Pilot Sports for $900+shipping. These tires are $240 EACH and are top of the line.
If I were you, I'd look for a set of real G wheels with good tires. This is the best way to get best value. And if you sell, everyone wants the real ones. No one wants the fake ones.

Um those fakies are $460 + $120 for shipping= $580 total. I'm going to ship G35 wheels AND tires for about $160 total. I've done this more than once. I'm pretty familar with what wheels cost to ship etc..
Budget? Go price some tires mounted and balanced. Then tell me you are getting a deal. 225-45-18 or 235-40-18. Try to buy a decent tire in this size for less than $140 each. You will be spending about $650 with mount/balance/tax. Now add it up. $1230 for some fake, thin wheels with marginal tires. VS $1060 shipped for my real G wheels and Michelin tires.

Irish, If 30mm offset is flush what offset would u need to bring the rear flush with the front?????
Please consult the sticky on this very subject in the wheels/tire section.

Thanks for all the info guys. I am still looking for a set of the real G35 wheels but came across these while I was searching. Getting tires is not really an issue for me, so any other suggestions on where to look for just the G35 rims alone would be great.

Everyone loves these G35 wheels so much but I like the look when a wheel follows the body width giving off a nice filled out flat appearance and the G wheels seem to tuck in a little.
Anyway not to hijack anyones thread but checkout my 2002 GLE with 18" Q wheels. Good quality "OEM" wheels with nearly new Conti tires, that ride excellent, handle well and are very very quiet. Reasonable $700 reserve, fedex quality shipping and I have good feedback.
The link below has these ending this Sunday 18th at around 6pm eastern.

I wasn't trying to offend you as you kind of pioneered this wheel choice among the max's on the org. The rears is where most evidence of the tuck is found and in this shot it is difficult to tell.
Even though both the G35 wheels and the Q45 wheels probably have similar offsets, the flatter spoked Q wheel appears to fill the body of the car more fully. It is mainly the effect that the G wheel spokes have as they curve in towards the center, kind of like a spider and "appear" to be more tucked in.
Maybe its just me?

Although the rears are not totally flush, I wouldn't really call them tucked, though...with 235-width tires they sit below the lip of the wheel well, not inside it.
btw, no offense taken (also, Lumbee1 was the first with the G wheels, not me)
