STS mod for 5.5 gen owners

I installed TWM STS a few days ago, and shifting became more notchy than before. I realize that the adapter moves the fulcrum point, and it takes more effort to change gears. This issue should be the same for anybody that drilled a hole, and made a free-STS, and those with an aftermarket adapter.

Is there anthing that can be done to make shifting smoother. I know that white lithium grease lubricates stuff inside, but there has to be something else that can be done. I read some things about Energy Suspension bushings, and those seem to help.
Can you guys provide any more info about these, or any other things that can be done to make shifting smoother?

I am still waiting for my STS from HPautoworks. (2 MONTHS AND GOING!) BUT on my previous car, a 93 MX-6, I thought the same thing at first when I put a STS on it. Then I got used to it and loved it. So now I feel like I'm rowing a boat with my 02 Max compared to the Mazda with an STS. Just give yourself time.

I just wish my Max handled as well as my MX-6
