Dang im trying to replace my headlight bulbs and its is a pain!

There is this one clip that you have to turn with the bulb and I can get it to turn or clip in! Anyone knows where i can get some help for this??? Im afraid I might break the bulb if I push to hard...urghhhh.

 

i assume you are talking about a 2k/2k1. if its the metal clip, then put your thumb on one side and middle finger around the other. push them towards one another and pull back slightly. then just unplug the connector and replace the bulb remembering not to touch the glass.

 

no..its the hid bulb on an 02 max....i have the new hid bulb but there is this clip that you press in and then pull to the side and it comes lose...then you take off the bulb..but im having a hard time getting that clip to hold the bulb assembly to the actual headlight back...

 

It's a lot easier with the headlight assembly out of the car and if you use needle nose plyers to pinch the metal piece that holds the bulb in.

 

On a similar note, any one know how to replace the fog light bulbs? 2k GLE
