When he is pressing the gas it sounds like he is driving a race car. It kind of sounds like there is something rattleing in the trunk but there is nothing in there. What do you guys think it could be something with the exhaust maybe?

exhaust

Have you checked under the car for the Catalytic convertor and or the muffler. That could be the cause.

Look right behind the muffler, you probly have to jack up the car but its probably the connection between the rear exhaust pipe and the muffler- happens on a lot of 00-01's, mine went over summer, its from being rusted out

Also dont let Midas or Mienekie talk him into getting a new muffler for $500- find somebody who'll weld another piece of pipe into there, i had mine done at a Citgo garage for $60, sounds just fine.

(This is also if your short on cash, i know its probly gonna rust again but if you have the $$ get it all replaced with a stainless exhaust)

You've got rust in the exhaust somewhere.

Lol

Silly kids Trix are for Rabbit. LOL that's a seriously funny sig.
Well about the problem. I would listen to these guys and do what they say. Check the muffler, cat, and trunk.
