brake fluid container leak?

is it possible that the resourvaur (spelling?) that holds brake fluid can leak where it attaches to the metal portion? the container doesnt seem to be firmly attached, it can move aroud a bit are other maximas the same or should if feel solid?

i seem to lose a few milimeters of fluid level per month, but none of the bleeders show signs of a leak.
