Reading Code P0138

Ok i have a 2002 SE with 33000. It failed expection because of this Code.......P0138 - Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1).....I looked at the stickies and saw how the Ecu had to be updated as well or do they mean reseted.

I just bought the car used from a dealer about a month ago and it has a 3 month warrenty so if i bring it to the dealer u think they will pay for it since basiclly its under warrenty.

yes. furthermore, if the original delivery (in-service) date is less then 3 years ago, youre still under base warranty.
