00VI Kick-in Point

There has been a lot of input as to the recommended RPM setting for the 00VI to activate, but has anyone actually done back-2-back dyno runs, the first with the VIAS deactivated and the second with it tied open? The torque cross-over point ought to be the optimum RPM point for activation.

I think someone did, they said it was around 4800-4900rpm. where it opens at about 5100 from the factory.
