Power steering noise?

I get a noise -like a groan- whenever I move forward from a dead stop and have the wheel turned slightly. Like when I back out of a parking spot and pull forward. I assume it's my power steering pump or my rack. It's not that loud but noticable to occupants in the car. I wonder if there is anything I can do to stop the noise and prevent any damage from occuring. Has anyone had a similiar problem?

I can't believe that I'm the only one with this problem.

Your power steering would make a higher pitched sound. Could it possibly be in an area around your wheel(s)?

Sounds like a sticking caliper.

More info needed. I'm hearing the groaning when turning, this is after the high pressure hose was replaced. Could this be air in the system? Reservoir is full. Advice??

^^^^^I'm having the same problem. I've flushed and bled my system twice now and it won't go away.
