I have an 02 Auto with 48,000 miles when the trans shifts you can feel a jerk in every gear. it happens when its hot or cold. just wanted to know if anyone heard of the problem or had the same one.

 

tranny mounts???? check them out.....

 

Sounds to me like your tranny is starting to slip. if you have extended warranty i'd go and complain to nissan about there lousy auto trannies. i would know they have replaced two for me and it looks like i'll be getting a third before my warranty is up. my first went out at 41K my next at 52k right now im at 63k

 

Check the basics before anything...this could be as simple as your fluid level being too low. When was the last time you've had the fluid drained or flushed? If you haven't had that done yet then it is definitely time for it. I would recommend doing a flush on it with the mileage you have.
