Curious Problem, Can Anyone help

Ok guys here's the deal,

The switch on my rear right side door will operate the window, i.e. allow it to go up and down.

However, the corresponding switch for that window on the masterswitch will not operate the window.

Can anyone suggest a reason and remedy for this, or tell me where to check for a bad relay/connection etc.?

Thanks guys.

I had similar issue when I bought mine used. The auto door locks didn't work either. It was the body controll module. That is what the dealer told me he replaced anyway. I do not know how to figure out if that is bad or not.

Inside the door handle you pull on to close the door there is a little plastic circle. Pull this up with a flat-head screwdriver. This reveals a phillips head screw. Remove that and using a butter knife, pry up the whole plastic trim. Start with one end and work your way up or down. Just pull it up, its in there pretty good. Then have a look at the connectors. If you really wanted, you could use an OHM meter and test for continuity in the wiring.

yea, check that master-control switch. window circuits are a bit tricky since it is dual-switched from that rear switch and master switch.
