Opinions needed please

Hey guys, I'm new to the Nissan community, yes yes I'm a , had my car less than a week. I have a 2003 black SE (auto). Anyways, onto the topic of the thread:

Should I go 17" or 18" for rims, considering I'm not planning on lowering my maxima at all, what would look better with the stock suspension.

The rims I'm leaning towards are ASA AR1 (http://www.tirerack.com/images/wheel..._blk_ci3_l.jpg)

Any feedback would be appriciated.

I would lower it...
It would look much better with any wheel you choose.

But I'd go with some type of lightweight 17 personally.

If you're not going to lower it, stick with 17's. When you go to 18's it accentuates the wheel gap.

I do suggest, however, if you're getting 17's, to go with a 30-35mm offset and a 17x7.5 or 17x8 wheel.

Personally I would go with 18's. I would also drop the car (mild drop), no sense having nice rims with the huge fender gap.

Lowering your car and adding oversized wheels is way overrated. Staying stock is where it's at right now.

hey whats up man, im from ct too, if you ever need help with anything let me know. anyways, id def drop the car no matter what rims you have on there, the stock wheel gap is hideous in the front. if your not gonna drop tho get 17's, if you are 18's would look better.

one more question... i might get flamed for this...

typical noob question:

is it possible to run eibach springs in the front with stock struts?

(the answer is probably no... but doesn't hurt to ask)

You can, and many have, but you will wear out your OEM struts fairly quickly. I ran OEM struts with Maxspeeds for over a year before my struts started to fail.

You can. But ride quality will be ****, you will bottom out constantly. Get some illuminas and call it a day. I have them and I love the ride

EDIT: Tim beat me to it
