Water in tail light housing

I've got some water in my right tail housing and I can't find the leak. I tried to remove the housing but the damn black sealer is holding to tight. What is the best way to get the water out without pulling the housing out of the car? Or is there an easy way to get the housing out for easy inspection?

Unfortunately the only to fix that is to remove the housing and on my boys' Max it was a gap or crack in the adhesive of the housing. some silicone took care of it with no prob. The housing is a SOB to get out though.
