Synthetic ATF Flush or Refill?

Basic Question: Is it worth doing the $120 full flush from nissan for the ATF im putting Royal Purple Synthetic in it. Or should I just drop the pan and refill it with the fluid and let it mix with the torque converter and then drop the pan again in about 20k-30k to get the rest out? sorry if this is a repost I couldnt find an exact answer to this by searching.
