me and my 03 are back

well after having my accident back in late spetember ... and getting depressed about the damage. and between lot of work and school.
i am finally back.
the car is fixed . but now it looks stock. except for the exhaust and the drop.
the grills, the dde's, eyelids, intake, the N2 the sub... everything is sold..
i think i regret it now.
after test driving the 06 maxi... i wasnt too impressed. and they wanted to screw me badly on the trade in.
i think i want to rebuild my 03 back to how i had it.
should i rebuild? or should i not bother?

That is one of the risks of modding a daily driver, but if you want to risk it again, I'd rebuild it.

if the car was fix right, beam was straight etc. etc. etc. (don't know how bad yours is before) I didn't see a point of not rebuiding it, other wise get another car and start all the fun again.

Rebuild! I wasn't impressed with the 6th gen Maxima either. Nissan wanted "buy back" my '02 SE as a trade in for a '05, the offer was decent but I said no way. The 5th gen. are so much better, in my humble opinion of course.

I say rebuild. They only way I would get rid of my Max is if they gave me a hell of a trade to get a G35 and a hell of a deal on the G35.

I would rebuild, you are better off though like you said to do more performance based modifications. Good luck my friend
