Ben is NOT planning on using it on the street like many of people are doing it with their. I don't know why its such a big deal that he has them red, [ersonally, they look sick as hell. As long as he dont turn em on while driving its not going to be a problem, even if he did its his ticket not yours so no reason to complain about em.

Nobody here is suggesting that they don't look cool and sick...They look awesome. But learn to take some criticism when you post about a mod that may cause some issues with the cops and/or other drivers..

zippin from my point of view it seems though mass media is taking the criticism very well like compared to some people that post and dont like negative criticism and they blow up from it. as for the DDE's i think they look cool cause its a different color rather than HID color, but i think i would rather have them as HID color since i would be able to have them on like BMers do, but hey to each their own....i think thats how the saying goes.

I don't mind the criticism some people will like it some won't. It just bothers me when in my first post I said I wired them to a switch so I can turn them on and off. But anyway nuf of that.

Thanks everyone for you comments

How do they look with HIDs at night? Considering if you run them at night you'll need your headlamps on. Also, how do they look during the day?

With the HID's on they are really hard to see. You can tell there on but not that much. During the day you can see that the rings are light up. Ill get more pics later.

Not taking the criticism negatively at all, all I'm doing is defending Mass Media and since I know him personally, I know hes not stupid enough to turn them on to attract negative attention. I just think people need to read what Ben said first before coming to conclusion about he is just gonna be dumb and turn them on all the time (hence why I put the switch in for him so he can turn them off whenever).

Not gonna steal your idea because I'm never gonna crack those lights again.
I think they do but m not quite sure. I would think of a special order. I will let you know about the progress once I get it started

You do it and post pics.

Why would i waste money and time to "steal" your Idea.....You do and post pics. I like what I have, you do it and post pics.
not saying youre going to steal my idea. I like your creativity though. But just be careful of those doughnut eating jokers.

1. its new and original and looks mean as heack. good job!!

2. we do alot of illegal things to out cars that would draw a cops attention (hid's with no cutoff, strobes, dark tints, and even white sidemarkers) as long as you're smart about it, you won't get in trouble with the cops.

3. I was about to do this myself a while back but i opted for a lip kit instead. Umnitza told me that they have a variety of colors for the dde's and they charge the same price for them as they do for the white ones. I'm not sure if thats changed but send a pm to them to get more details.

this set of pics is sweet. the first were hot, but these are more impressive! wish i had ordered the red instead of the white, but was concerned about what you said about being washed out with the headlights on...i have the drl's and wasn't sure how to disable them until after i ordered my set. keep up the original ideas. looks really hot.
