comfort and handling

comfort and handling

Does the difference of 245/40/18 or 235/40/18 make a difference in comfort or handling? The wheel size is 18x8.

It shouldn't make any difference in your ride. It's only going to be a difference of 4mm(less) of tire wall if you go with the 235/40/18.

So is just for looks to go to 245?

No, 245 is a wider tire. Ask irish, he autocrosses with 245's if im correct.
