Squeezed 18x10 on the back successfully?

Mods please do not move as this is directed towards 5th gen owners. Thanks

Well after many days of playing w/ spacers and my coilovers i've finally got all my wheels to fit w/o rubbing issues. After getting everything set i noticed i have about +3mm between the inside of my tire to the brake line mounted along the trailing arm. Would this distance vary according to suspension height and travel? I wouldn't think so since it is a solid beam rear suspension but i could be wrong. Any opinions?

I don't know much about the room and dimensions that are on the 5th gen, but I would like to see pictures of this.

i can't wait to see them! i thought your OTHER wheels had no clearance! Did you have to adjust the coilovers higher? and what size spacers did you use?

Here they are. Volk GT-N 18x8 front, 18x10 in the back both w/ 43mm offsett. Tires are Kumho Asx 245/40 and 275/35. Suspension is still Toser coilovers. Center caps and muteki lug nuts should be in tommorow to help spruce them up some more

I'll have some more fancy pics in the next couple of days. what do you guys think?

Wow, that's a pretty sweet setup. The rear wheels really line up nicely with the fender.

I wish I had gone staggered

Wow Chris, your max was always one of my favs in the 5th gen forum. Gotta love those Volks!
BTW, your paint looks flawless in those pics. Wish mine looked that good. Did you get a new paint job or is that factory?

Wow nice max with those new rims you got. It looked so nice before, and now it's much better. Well hope you'll hold on to that max, cause it's a beauty.

How much do those rims weigh compared to your old Supermeshes? They're 19's right?
