I was wondering any of you guys got your car lowered with Eibach springs and geta noise coming from the springs. Because I get this noise coming from my springs. I told this to the guy who installed it. He said he never heard anything when he tested drove my car. I know for a fact the fat lazy A$$ was lying to me. I told to my friend and he said he had the same problem. He told me it wasn't centered. But when told this to fat a$$ he told me a different story. Please someone help me with this problem.

Oh geez dude, don't tell me about any problems...My springs are coming in hopefully by the end of the week, and the last thing I wanna hear is noise problems coming from the springs. I hope it is not a regular problem.

Is it a sqeaky kind of noise that comes and goes. Do you have the factory shocks/struts? If so there could be 2 things 1st you blew the shocks 2nd there in wrong.
either or neither is good

mine made some squeaking and hitting noise right after i lowered my car and right after i put my shocks in. my noise was coming from the strut tower because the top plate(underneath the strut tower) wasn't centered properly so it was hitting every time i steered the car. check to make sure that your spring/shock is properly in place.

is there any way to see if you have this problem by simply lifting the car and looking at the strut, where should you look and what shouldn't you see?

The suspension makes the noise when fully cranked left or right then its the TSB...

Maybe I'm smoking stuff but I don't see the shock mount tsb in the sticky section.

Possibly could be from metal to metal rubbing of the spring perch to the spring, it would make a slight ringing sound.
Problem would be from the plastic "silencer" collars on the bottom of the stock spring were not transfered over to the eibach. I have eibachs, and have corrected several suspension installations where the collar was omitted due to negligence or incompetence of other mechanics who installed the suspension originally.

-Does anyone have the strut mount TSB ???
hey guys if you get the springs do you have to change the shocks and struts?
