Just installed some new Leather Seats on my mom's car. Thanks to Budi here on the org for a great deal. Here are some pics. I still need to figure out how to replace the cloths on the doors but the seats are done. It was a pain in the a$$ installing this. I didn't know it required so much work, but the results are worthit.

did you order the 2002-2003 designs for the front? Your steering wheel shows its a 2000 but 00 and 01's have one line going up the middle of where you sit...?

 

The car is a 2000. I bought the 03 seats which came with black cloth from an org member. I then installed leather on it. Took about 3 weeks for me to do. I was taking my time doing it about an hour a day. These leathers are complete OEM replicas. They are not leather covers which you slip on. THey had to be stitched on like OEMs.

It was a direct swap except I had to switch the power seat motors over since they changed it in 2002.

 

Looks good with leather. But the seats seem to be wrinkled, as if the leather doesn't fit tightly on them. Very noticeable in the 2nd pic.

 

yeah, i need to stretch them out a little. I'll do that sometime next week.

 

Nice work! You said you bought black cloth seats? Do you have any pics? I was looking for some.

 

I'll try to take some pics of the cloth seats this weekend. They are missing the headrest pieces and front seats back panel pieces. If you are interested in them, let me know. We can work something out.

Those are not it... Those are leather cover inserts. Mine are actual OEM replacements. The ones on ebay are just slipped over your seat. The ones I got are actual replacements where I have to remove the cloth on the seats and then stitch on the new leathers.

they are not OEM. I bought them from an org member who didnt have time to install them in his car. I think he got it on one of hte group deals here.

not bad. fitment could be better, but then again i've never seen aftermarket leather sit as perfect as the factory does
