How to regrease rear axle bearings?

Sorry if this is a repost. I couldn't find anything in stickies and tried to google it. Guys do you know how to reagrease rear axle bearings? I hear some strange noises coming from rear right when car moves. Although replacement could be required I want to try this easy solution of my problem first.
Thanks in advance to you all.

You can take them off and try to get some grease in there, but the bearings do not come out of the hub. It is sold as an assembly only. There is only a limited amount of grease that you can get in there. Besides, it is not a grease issue. The bearings are on their way out. I tried it on my 98 I30, it made NO difference.

I bought some low mileage used hubs from car-part.com. That fixed it.
Of course new hubs will also stop the noise.
