hehhe
I couldn't do this my first time either.
You can either 1. Leave it un poped. Or 2 force your hands into one of the small openings and try holding the black fender out while you push the screw in.

Those little black clips holding in the splash guard are a pain in the a$$. Keep trying though, they will go back in. Try to make sure the tab that goes in and out is out as far as it can go. Then, try pressing the end of the thing and forcing it back in.

Make sure the pin is pulled out before you try and push the clip back in. It's a little hard but you'll want to hold the plastic bumper cover down to the splash pan while you put the clip in with your other hand. I just did this Friday night.

I wonder why car makers can't make fog lights that are as easy to service as the headlights ???

Foglamp Replacement

1. Pull out four bolts on side under dust cover. You got one already with pin just use screwdriver (phillips) and 10mm socket on other three.

2. Bend back panel towards tire, Once underneath......take out one 10mm bolt that holds foglamp assembly to foglamp. Only one seen going straight up!

3. Disconnect the electrical socket with a pull and pushing in the small tooth on one side.

4. Use a rubber mallet, seriously, one little tap on the back of assembly (their are three plastic extensions), hit them square, and it will pop out towards front of car. (do this before this step: Put a towel inside foglamp cutout to stop bulb from going towards the street.)

5. Pull out foglamp from front of car and exchange bulb (h3). Bulb disconnect is inside cap and bulb is held in place by small silver hanger.

6. Put back together in reverse order. Push foglamp in gently until it pops to line up the 10mm socket.
