Auto Climate Control Bulbs burned out.

Hi guys. So I was adding a sub to my 01 SE with Bose and the guy had to take out the radio in order to tap into the wires in the back. Thing is after the install my climate control bulbs burdned out! All but two the "mode" button and the air recycle one. Has anyone had this happen? Does any1 have any idea of what may have caused this? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the guy crossed some wires while he was re-installing the head unit. Or he didn't hook the climate control wires up tight/completely/correctly. I'm not sure, but that would be my guess.

Try smacking the side of the center counsil near the HU. If they come back on, you had a loose connection. Mine did it too. They are LED's and should not burn out for at least the life of the car.

I dunno if yours uses LEDs, but over time, mine went out too (non-Bose 2001 Max). $3.50 ea. from Nissan.

Mine were not leds, they were bulbs with a blue sheath over them. They are extremley goofy ones and just bought them from the dealership. They were fairly cheap, I think I paid $7 for 3. I bought one extra and got lucky because when I changed the 2 burnt out ones I made a third go with all the bumping.
