Did any 2001 owner bought the HELIOS H.I.D. BI-XENON Plug & Play Kits H4, 9004, 9007 In 6000k & 9000k from the group deal forum ?

I was wondering was it easy to install the kit and whether any (no matter how minor) modifications has to make or it truly is plug-n-play. I have heard from a friend that you might have to cut a hole at the back of the housing cover...

One big concern of mine is that I live in Toronto, and not sure how to deal with the DRL setup, which is required here.

I knwo you dont have to cut the housing, I know one 5th genner has it and loves the kit. I am looking at getting it myself.

 

Buddy of mine got the H4 bixenons in his 2000, me and him did the install. Truly plug and play, although you will need to run wires to the battery and such, but you do not have to cut the housing or the factory wiring.

 

Got the 12000k helios and was goin to install them but got them done perfessionaly because you have to run a relay, it was around 100 dollars canadian so it was well worth it and they mounted the ballast in the bumper

don't think we are talking about the same kit here, i was refering to the HELIOS H.I.D. BI-XENON Plug & Play Kits H4, 9004, 9007 In 6000k & 9000k. not the reg helios xenon in the group deal.
