I don't think they can prove the tranny was messed up because of a dropped car. If it were me though, I would change it back to stock so there is no stalling. It's the dealer though. They are a bunch of morons (at least on the east coast.)
there going to fight and say well because your car is lowered the axle is now set at a different angle causing premature wear on the transmissions internal parts. plus on warranty contracts it says any alterations to cause the vehicle to be out of manufacture specs is void.

In theory if this was the case where the cv shaft was dropped low enough to cause the trans to wear prematurely then the joints would have stretched past their limit and one of the boots would have ripped by now..
