I know that the trunk was misaligned in the early models and the trunk lid was scraping the bumper or something like that. In a nutshell, that's what this TSB was about. However, I might be a little incorrect. Can someone clarify?

In the Sticky thread, it is the first one on Maxima 2000's (I think that's his name) post. It is also called the Bumper TSB since Maximum Velocity is correct, the trink lid scratches the bumper and you will have very visible scratches at the top of your bumper in the middle where the trunk lid hits. It probably won't get done at the same time because they have to order new clips and it's a whole ordeal, but I wish you the best.

That is correct. According to the TSB, they're not even required to remove the scratches and repaint the bumper. But once again, if you have a good relationship with your dealer, they'll take care of it for you. After all, if Nissan is willing to admit responsibility for having caused the scratches in the first place, then they're responsible for repairing them as well.
