Questions on code P0154

Just got this code. It's for the front (before the pre-cat) O2 sensor on bank two. (2000 I30 calif. spec)

Does replacing the o2 sensor take care of the problem?(looks easy since its the one with blue wire up front)

Also, did seafoam two weeks ago. (into gas tank and through the brake booster hose). Seafoam is supposed to be safe for O2 sensors, but now I am wondering. Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks

I say change the O2 sensor ASAP and see how it goes.

Is the car running any differently now with the CEL on?

Update:

Went to Napa and got a new sensor (with the blue wire and plug) for $80.00. Made by Bosch. Not a bad price since online it was $116.

Very easy to install since this sensor is right up front. Code(PO154) is gone and the idle is smoother. (but really wasn't too bad before).

Since this is one of the pre-cat sensors, it had to be replaced sooner rather than later since, unlike the rear sensors, the front sensors are used by the ECU to control the engine/fuel-air mixture.

Napa part number 13375
