rewire fogs so they stay on with high beam

like title said, how do i rewire my fog so that they stay on regardless of the highbeam?

i have it on my car, and i don't really care about it being illegal. and if there's on coming traffic your brights are off anyways. here's the write up i used.

so that when i flash my high beams, my hid fogs won't flash with it.

I thought about doing that too. A few days ago, I did the rewire and kept it so they turn off with the highbeams. Last night, I was trying to figure out why the fogs wouldn't work, and I was gettin kind of pissed because I thought I did a good job of splicing everything and then I realized that the high beams were on. That might be a good reason for me to do it

btw, the reason i was thinking about doing it with standard halogen bulbs is that when your highbeams are on, the light is further down the road, and having my fogs still be on would illuminate right infront of me aswell.
