Anyone ever try these or know anything thing about em?
I have tried the PIAA yellow bulbs and its OK but not the color I want.

all those are are fog lights with yellow lamin-x on the lenses
you can just buy some Lamin-x and use your current fogs....i used to have it that way:
if you want the best yellow, though, the capsules are the ONLY way to go:
