Let's play the "Diagnose the brake problem" game.
What a day this has been. Installed the new rotor and pads on the driver's side (freshly replaced caliper side) with no problems. So, last week when they were initially diagnosing the problem, they mentioned the passenger side was beginning to go bad as well, but since it wasn't 100% froze, they would not cover it under my warranty and it would cost me $350 out of pocket to have it replaced. I got to installing the new rotor and pads on the passenger side, and guess what...IT'S FROZE TOO. Called Germain to find that all the service techs and the store manager were no longer in, so I spoke with the new car sales manager, Don who told me to come in and he'd give me a loaner for the weekend. Just picked up an '06 Altima 2.5 "Limited Edition" to drive for the weekend. I'm heading straight from work Monday morning to Germain to discuss this further. So due to the tech mis-diagnosing my car, I will now most likely be without it for close to 2 weeks....if they end up covering the 2nd caliper. And I just can't wait to see what sort of POS they give me for a rental this time.
I stopped by Germain Monday morning right after work and talked with the service writer and the service manager. I walked them both out to my car and showed them the damage to the wheel along with the mis-matched lugnuts. I also expressed my concern over the quality of the "repair" to the MAF sensor. I also discussed the misdiagnosis of the passenger side caliper issue and the manager stated that they would get it resolved as soon as possible. When I mentioned that I hoped it wouuld not take another week to get a new caliper in stock, he mentioned that it shouldn't have taken a week to get the first one. This also did not make me very pleased. So at this point, my main concerns are:
1. Getting the passenger side caliper replaced (under warranty)
2. Having the damaged wheel either repaired or replaced
3. Not having more damage done to the first wheel or any others
4. Having them replace the MAF sensor and associated wiring
The manager mentioned that if I contact EdgeRacing for the missing lugnuts, they will reimburse me (we'll see)
When we discussed the damage to the wheel, the excuse I got was extremely pathetic, "We work on so many cars, that eventually something like this will happen to a few here and there". He basically tried to play it off, but I mentioned that if a tech was working under the hood of the car, had a wrench in his hand, closed the hood and accidentally scraped up the hood, would they be responsible for that? He said they'd take care of the wheel issue...again, we'll see
I do still have my '06 Limited Edition 2.5L Altima with all the good features. Nice sound system (some sort of upgrade) and the sunroof. Forgot how much I miss having one of those.
I'll keep you all updated as the work progresses on my car.

New caliper was over-nighted and installed today under my extended warranty along with them actually repairing the MAF sensor (have yet to see it). The service manager, Tom is hooking me up with a check for $100 towards wheel repair/replacement. I'll be picking the car up in the morning.
Just picked my car back up and everything seems to be squared away. My only concern is that the brake pedal goes about 70% to the floor before the brakes really start to grab. Seems like a shabby bleeding job if I were to guess.
Grand totals for repairs:
$1054.83 - for 2 new rear calipers, repairing the MAF sensor & labor
$118.93 - out of my pocket for my deductible
