None are available at the moment, but you can make one yourself.

Recently on EBAY some dude just made mad money

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cg...823395&r=0&t=0

he sold that honeycomb grill which he made from this material purchased at home depot, he paid like 10 bucks for enough material to make 5, its really easy, just buy the mesh material at home depot and cut, if you do decide to make or buy the grill let us know, im curious hwo it will look on my ride, i recommend you buy a **** load of that stuff, cut out a template and sell those bad boys on EBAY!

Wrong.

They do make grilles for the 2000/2001 Max. They're made by Street Scene Equipment and are called Speed Grilles. They are currently only available in brushed aluminum, but can be painted. They make them for the main grille and the valence/bumper. Mine should be arriving within the next few days. I ordered them from my local speed shop yesterday. They have a website, but I don't believe that they show it for the Maxima yet.

Main Grille is $139.95 plus tax.
Valence/Bumper Grille is $105.00 plus tax.

Web site

www.streetsceneeq.com

Go to Speed Grilles. They don't list them for Maximas yet, only trucks, but they do make them for other cars as well. They also make them for the 4th Gen. Max. Peace.

Cutting. I am getting that custom grill. Do you know what i have to do to get it? Drive down to California and pick up the whole new bumper shell that is getting painted for my car. They had to custom fab it so that it would fit after they cut the old one out. I would like to see how this Street Scenes was is going to fit. Hope its not just a snap on over the stock grill.

Street Scenes is advertising them but hasn't actually made any. There was a post about this a few weeks back. You might want to check what your shop ordered for you...

I'm not sure

I spoke with the speed shop guy, who ordered it from Street Scene Equipment through his distributor. The part numbers and prices are current, so they must be offering them, if they're taking orders. They better be making them, those punka$$es, or I'll be pi$$ed. Thanx mdeal, cuz I did check after you mentioned it and they should arrive in a week or so, maybe a few weeks tops, but probably less. There shouldn't be too much cutting involved, if any, with the Speed Grilles, cuz they are supposed to fit over the existing grille, I think. I'll put my grille emblem on it too. They might be kinda cheesy compared to a custom grille, but it doesn't matter to me, cuz I can always remove it without any damage to my current grille if it looks like $hit. That's the one thing you can't do with a custom one. Peace out fellas, I'll keep you informed of how it turns out.

Main Grille part# 95077300 $139.95 plus tax
Valence/Bumper part# 95077320 $105.00 plus tax
