brembo x-drilled

so my car got towed this weekend witht he parking brake on. when i went to pick it up, there was a burnt brake pad smell from the back wheels, and my parking brake is not nearly as tight now. i think i am taking the towing company to small claims court, and have them pay for new pads and rotors.

here is a question i have? does brembo actually make slotted or cross-drilled rotors at the factory, or do aftermarket companies buy the blanks and do it themselves?
i have seen several people state that brembo only makes the blanks, and aftermaker companies drill them, and void the warranty. i have also seen a group deal here that states their rotors come either slotted or drilled or both directly from brembo, and have a full warranty. can anyone verify this is true?

To re-adjust the rear brakes, drive in reverse and hit the brakes a couple of times. It'll bring the pads back into adjustment.

Probably for some applications, But Brembo only makes blanks for the 2k2 and 2k3.

RTP brand, which is sold in the GB section is actually authorized by Brembo to drill/slot their rotors without voiding the warranty. (read on another forum from a vendor of RTP rotors)
