Wheel piece identification

Need assistance ASAP.

Does anyone know the exact name for the piece in the photos and where I can get one. Locally even?
This piece has been pulled out and rubs against the hub and causes vibration/wheel turning noise. I cannot put the wheel on straight because this piece sticks out and prevents one side of the wheel from seating correctly. I switched with my stock wheel and all noise went away. I need to pick up the replacement part as soon as possible.

Ditto, you'll need the same outside diameter as those existing rings but 66.1mm inside diameter to fit your Maxima hub. Assuming you just bought the wheels what kind of car were they on? Must not have been a Maxima or even Nissan?

Thanks for the responses.
Is the ring easy enough to pull out and install the new one? Any special tools?
I couldn't get this one to reseat.
Any place local sell them? Are the rings specific to the 02 max or generic?

These were on my Maxima. The auto body place that did my rear valence and engine cover took the rear wheels off and in the midst, broke a stud, and damaged the hubcentric ring, was making all kind of noise.
