Replacing rear valve cover on an 03

Any advice or instruction on how to replace the rear valve cover beneath the three rear spark plugs. Also, should I order a new one from nissan or is there somewhere I can get it cheaper?

2004 VC's and 2003 are the same exact thing, only 2k4's are made in america, whereas the 2k3's are made in japan. the 2k4 VC's are half the price.

i don't have much advice. i had the dealer do the work.
