I've been trying to adjust my pedal travel and just when I get it right it seems to change. I've bled the whole system and am tightening everything up each time.

The pedal will go from having very little play at the top and engaging in the middle to having a lot of slop at the top and engaging at the floor.

I'm using a Clutchmaster stage 3 clutch which has a heavier pedal feel but I cant figure out why it won't stay the same.

Probably time for a new master cylinder. It's probably leaking fluid past the seal over time. Take a close look at it and see if it looks wet, although it can be dry and still be bad. Could be the slave too, but the master it more likely.
