Need Help Finding A Part For My Seat

I have an '02 GLE with black leather and last year the dealer took the back of the seat off to fix the heated seat and broke all the plastic clips that hold the back of the seat in. I got it to stay but now it's falling off again. I went to the local Nissan dealer and they said they can't order just the plastic clips and that I have to buy a whole new back to the seat. That can't be true. Does anyone know where I can get those plastic clips or know where I can find the part # for them?

I don't think you can replace just the clips unfortunately.

how come if the dealer broke the clips, why wouldn't they fix them if it was their fault?

What happened was they fixed the heated seat in January 2005. The back didn't fall off until about July or August so they must have had it on there just good enough to hold it for a few months. All of sudden it just fell off one day and I noticed all the clips were broken so stupidly instead of bringing it back to the dealer I tried to fix it myself. It held for about another 6 months then fell off again in February of this year and I haven't bee able to get it to stay on since. I don't think the dealer will do anything about it after a year and 3 months has passed.

Bro try printing out that TSB, and bring it in there and tell them that they didn't take the back off right, It's worth a shot.
