Dude, I had a meet in NYC in which I did this for 9 cars...so if you think it's a 'bright' idea to accuse me of changing a picture such that it makes it look brighter while having over a dozen witnesses, that's on you.
No, it's no different from when I did the 5th gen cluster with the exception of maybe 1/4" clearance. I have all of the LED modules lying around if anyone wants them. I'll let all 4 go for $40, and that's just covering the parts (LEDs, resistors, voltage regulators, PCB, etc.)

Sure, lemme get the pics tomorrow. There's actually 5 modules; there si a separate one for the odo. I'll give you my spare cluster and all of the parts I've collected over the years as a bonus. So you'll actually be receiving 2 clusters, lol.
Considering this thread is from 2006 and the author has not logged onto this website in almost 10 years, its pretty unlikely. Although i am very curious how this is done because the dim silvery SE gauges are probably the one thing i absolutely hate about the 5.5gen
