Help with a P1612 error?

I first thought it was my battery that was dying. This started Saturday all day the car worked fine. Then at night I turn it off to drop some girl off then I hop back in and all I got was the power drain sound. It would click and try and turn over but nothing. I got a jump and everything was fine until I turn it off for more than a hour and it won't start back up until I jump it. Then I went to autozone today to have them pull the code and they tell me P1612 but didn't know what it meant. Now until I can get to a dealer I need some help from yall as to what is the problem?
