Yes, very easy. Just watch out for the black sticky stuff they are sealed in with. Once you get it on yourself there's no getting it off. Once you unbolt the light apply constant pressure from behind and they'll come out.
There's a short harness that goes from the light to the car. That stays with the lights and they'll each plug right up to the other car.
I did the exact same thing. Swapped the silver lights for the black SE lights. No regrets

You might need to get a heat gun or hair dryer and heat up the seal to get it out
