removing rear pillar HELP

Back of the car is torn apart....trying to fix the rattle.i cant remove the rear deck without taking off the pillars....I noticed a little blue button that popped out...However no other parts of the pillar are moving, and it feels like if i push or pull any harder its going to crack. Is there a secret to taking it off?

I searched, and found nothing. Help quick PLEASE

Peel from the side closest to the door fist, lifting up and out. There are 3 tabs in total, IIRC.

there are tabs that attatch it to the car across the top. grab a flashlight and look in between the plastic and the car and you should be able to see them. i would use a flathead screwdriver to get them out, just put the screwdriver onto the tab and pry against the weatherstriping. it worked for me.
