engine valve clack

i noticed when i rev my engine to about 2K or 3K while still or moving when the rpms drop down to idle..i hear a clacking on the way down. I dont know what it is or why listen to the clip and u can hear it..especially the last time when i turn the car OFF when the rpms are dropping listen for the rattling/clacking noise.

don't even worry about the valve train, your asking why? because thats what i thought when it happend to me. I was wrong and upon further inspection i found that the bank 2 cat. converter (radiator side) had broken free inside which caused a rattling noise. go to the dealer it is covered under the 8 year 80K mile factory emissions warranty. Parts are more than like to be on national back order like mine you'll have to wait like 2 weeks or so.
