Blinker problem...

I recently replaced my headliner and carpet. I had to remove the negative and positive cables off my battery and disconnect the airbag cables and all that stuff. Well when I put everything back together, and hooked my battery back up, my battery wouldent start. It would make a clicking sound like a taser when I tried to start it. Anyway, I jumped my battery and everything is working fine now except for my blinkers. my running lights work and my hazzard works but my blinkers dont blink. The sound is missing and the light on my dash doesnt blink. I made sure I reconnected everything that I unplugged. Is is possible I shorted a circuit somehow? Any help would be apreciated.
