Where to get shock/strut boot?

I am trying to replace the rear shocks on my '01 GXE and just found out one of the shock boot (dust cover?) is torn.

Anyone knows where I can get new boots?

Thanks.

Get the OEM ones made by Bridgestone. I got the front boots from DaveB for $12 a piece, the rears should be in that range too!!!

I think front and rears are around $80 from Dave B. the rears are more expensive for some reason. But hes alot cheaper then local dealers, so be sure you give him a call. I get about all my parts from him. He's a great guy.

Will a broken or damaged boot be the cause of noises? Suspension is stock. Sounded like something was banging against the rear passenger quarter panel while driving. Can even be heard over with 2 12" subs. I removed EVEEEEERRRYYYYTHING from my trunk to eliminate the possibilities. The noise persisted, so I pushed down on the rear and heard it from the outside. Very frustrating.

Thanks!

Just called Dave B. and got a quote for $44 for a pair of rear shock boots plus shipping (~$8).

Not bad at all since generic rubber boots cost about $30-35 shipped I found online so far.

I have exactly the same thing on my '01 GXE. First, I thought my Addco RSB bottomed out but it is not the case.

The shock is blown so the suspension bottoms out on bumps/ditches. That's why I am replacing my rear shocks. I don't think it is caused by worn boots. Actually, my driver side rear shock boot is torn but the passenger side rear boot is fine.

It is time to replace the OEM (KYB) shocks with better ones, like Tokico Blues (HP).
