can anybody give me any ideas as to how i could hardwire a blacklight, either next to the sunrooof controls or next to the dome light? i would prefer next to the sunroof controls but any help would be appreciated...

my black light is above the coin/ash tray thing in the center console. Mine has a black and white wire stuck together, i didnt know how to wire it so i just put all the wires on my side and plugged it in the 12v thing. looks neat if your not the driver, otherwise its kinda messy.

 

Run the wires up the a pillar, across the visor and next to your map light. I don't know what wires are constantly giving you power so I can't help you there.

 

I have two blacklights in the footwells in front.

I just always remembered that the white wire is positive and the black wire is negative.

I added a switch. So I ran a power wire to the switch, tied the two power wires together, ran them to the switch and tied the two negative wires together and grounded them behind the driver's side kickpanel. And I ran all the wired under the center console and under the carpet.

You just have to find the power wire for the sunroof controls/dome light and wire the wire with the white line to them.
