Just got my stillen front lip. Can you guys provide me with some info on how this should be installed and how this should be painted? Does the lip need to be baked, then primed, then painted, then wet sanded? Should this be done when it is installed, or before the installtion? Thanks for the help!

it has to be baked in order to release the releasing agent (some chemical they used when the kit was made) otherwise, paint will peel soon or later. then it has to be slightly sanded for paint the stick on. if it comes in black or gray...most likely they are not going to prime it and paint it with base color. after it is dried....clear coat it and take out any dust that sticks on it with fine sand paper (2000 grid, 1500 lowest). finally, buff it out to get the shine on it.

btw, it is not going to match ur bumper color if they used the paint code on ur car. this is because the bumper comes in black (I ask Kev about this one) and it is harder to match with our grey based bumper. ask them if they can blend it into ur bumper color.

PS: I dun have the kit and I just use my knowledge on regular bumper painting and installation.
