Stillen B-Pipe worth the money?

I was told $65 by a local muffler shop to crush bend a B-pipe from the cat to the muffler including the welding of the hangers. However, this was just welded to the cat. A bolt-on bolt-off setup with flanges will be more.
I talked to a Stillen rep in Feb. and he said they weren't going to make a B-pipe, because it was too loud especially with the Y-pipe.

Say I want to get a custom mandrel bent B-pipe with flanges so it becomes a bolt on. What type of muffler shop would handle this? Midas or some ricer shop or what? If anyone knows of a place in the seattle area, let me know.

DesertPearl, Phil, Had a custom catback which included an aftermarket resonator and a Greddy muffler. It sounded deep and didn't sound raspy or loud in the limited time I heard it at the track. Then he installed a Stillen Y-pipe and he couldn't stand the noise level, so he had the Greddy muffler removed and the stock muffler reinstalled leaving the custom B-pipe. I haven't had a chance to hear this setup, but he said it is almost too quite now.
I talked to Cattman in March about him making a B-pipe. He said he didn't consider it because Stillen wasn't offering one he could improve upon, the noise with a Y-pipe would be too loud for most people, and the gain in horsepower would be minimal. He did say he could make them if enough people wanted them, but since in this area(Tucson/Phoenix) there are no mandrel bending shops, he would have a difficult time getting a protoype built.
