Brake issue, not biting?

Guys, what do you think is going on here?

I have Hawk HPS and PowerSlots, this set used to work quite well - but somehow the past few months the set-up doesn't seem to bite as well as it used to.

Among other things:
- Need to apply more pedal pressure
- The car still stops, but takes longer
- I can feel some type of fade after several traffic stops (light-duty, i might add)
- There's no vibration
- Pads squeal like crazy, even with anti-squeal
- Front right wheel gets nasty dirty from the dust, about 3x more than the left
- Pads have plenty of life left on them
- Fluid was changed to ATE Super Blue about 30k mi. ago.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Are your pads wearing evenly? If your right wheel has less pad leftover than the left wheel, thats a caliper issue.

The pads only have about 15k on them, when i last checked they were pretty even between L-R as far as wear is concerned. If it is indeed the caliper, would you have an idea on what i should check for? Is a rebuild recommended at this point?

Sounds like the pads have glazed up. I'd replace 'em.

Thanks for the input! I'll try out my old (barely used) OEM pads and see if the issues go away.

Although i am now concerned about djfrestyl's comments about the caliper.
