I know I remember seeing a horrendous figure like 68/32. Or maybe it was 62/38. But it was something along those lines, I'm almost certain.

well there is a huge difference between 68/32 and 62/38....I think it's 62/38....

I got my side to side with me in the car to nearly 50/50 by having the car cornerweighted...I got the 60/40 with me in the car by relocating my battery to the trunk, CF hood, 2 piece blehmco front rotors, aftermarket headers, UDP, stillen flywheel, removal of various things in the engine bay...so I tried to keep most of my weight reduction to the front, but did some in the rear as well just not nearly as much...but I didn't do anything that would be considered extensive...I am a manual (5spd)

62.5/37.5 are the numbers for a 5-speed 00/01.
02/03 is probably more like 61/39 since the engine is lighter.

68/32 is not correct for any maximas.

Door sticker info

The door panel sticker calls for 4333 lbs GVW with a 2365 lbs front/ 1988 lbs rear. Works out to be 45.7%/ 54.3%.

Those are not the numbers to use.
