Changing PCV Valve
yes thats exactly it,.. i just put a new one in mine on sat,.. thats it exactly.. i think PN1058? if my memory serves me right.. um.. it only took me 10 mins to put in but it was 10 mins of teaching my car new words ,.. just make sure u lube it up on the outside before you get it in,.. and you gunn have to pull really friggin hard to get it out... if u have lock grips use em(exspecially on pullin the old one out and closing the clamps),.. and putting the on one in,.. i actually used like 2 or 3 long 3/4" wrench extensions and used them like a tap with a really small hammer,... hope that helps g/l

My experience was kinda like that too, atleast the first time. I now change it every year, and it is easier than the first. I lubed the end of it w/ motor oil b4 insertion and i put it in w/ an orbital rotation and gradually pushed harder as it went in but careful on the orbital movement cause I snapped one messin' w/ it. Pull old one out w/ the hose connected to it may help, too - it did for me.
