On my way to work tonight, I get passed by a Porsche 944 as I exit the Interstate. This guy was obviously in a hurry, so I figured I'd have some fun. We pulled into the toll booth at the same time. My gate went up a half a second sooner...and I stood on it! I had him by six feet right away. The on-ramp to the next interstate goes from 5 lanes to two as it makes a wide 90 degree right turn. I was on the outside and at 90 mph those Bridgestones were HOWLING!, but I didn't let off. He could not even pass me on the INSIDE. A 944! I know its only a 4 banger, but I was still impressed. As we come to merge into traffic, we come up on a Mustang GT. He sees us playing and joins in. We are in the left lane flat out. The Porsche, the Mustang, and then me. At 125mph I swear I'm pulling in the GT ever so slightly..then I back off. (Probably due to the draft) What really surprised me was the 4-banger Porsche keeping the front. The Porsche kept on flying. Me and the GT slowed and fell in line. A Porsche and a Mustang GT couldn't pull away! GO MAXIMA!

cool! when my car is nice and broken in i'll be doing high speed race's like that too! yesterday i was at a red light next to a black camaro or a firebird. i wasn't sure it was dark and his car was (new) but dirt and had a lot of rubber on it. not a rice rocket, more of a condom rocket flying around. anyway he doesnt even think of racing me since my cars a MAXIMA. a sleeper i guess, but when the light turned green we both hit it, i shifted all at 3500 since my car is still new, didnt wanna go to 4k, but i was literally side by side with him. i knew he was guning it cause the sound of his engine/exhaust was howling! anyway he turned at the next 2 lights and that was that
